I’ve been taking my 2012 Subaru WRX to Mike’s since I bought it about a year and a half ago. It had a few known issues during the PPI I had done on it that I wanted addressed as well as a few unexpected repairs along the way so far. Mike and Austin are great and HONEST guys who both share a passion for cars (especially the Subarus!). As somebody who has typically worked on his own cars and is very skeptical of mechanics shops, Austin has completely shattered that feeling and left me incredibly impressed with how communicative he is and how honestly he conducts his business. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and he provided a very comprehensive plan with multiple options to take care of my needs without making me feel pressured. I will absolutely be bringing back my vehicles for any future services I need.
These guys are amazing. I brought my Subaru Outback in for a timing belt and new brakes, and during their inspection they found a rear bearing that also needed to be replaced. They were incredibly upfront and transparent about everything; no pressure, no surprises. They even pointed out some pre-existing damage from before I purchased the car, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to any Subaru owner.
Austin made my experience amazing and I am over the moon with happiness from the results. Three days before my wedding my head gasket blew on my 2013 subaru outback. Not only was Austin able to fit me in at a short notice but he found me an engine replacement at a reasonable price and somehow managed to finish the job a week before I expected it to be done. I highly recommend Mike's to anyone needing repairs and upkeep on their Subaru and I will definately be back. I have full faith in Austin's mechanic skills!
If I could leave 10 stars, I would. A friend recommended Mike's Japanese & Domestic Auto. He said they had do quality work for a fair price and are very honest. I can't thank that friend enough. I would trust absolutely anything recommended or done at Mike's. Austin always is so friendly, really listens to my wants, needs and concerns and, in every instance has exceeded my expectations.
