Really impressed! I’m new to the area and was dreading the hunt for a new mechanic. My previous Subaru dealership took over 2.5 hours with an appointment for a basic oil change, so I expected another time suck. I wanted to support a local shop, and Mike’s delivered—got me in sooner, finished the oil change in exactly 20 minutes, and charged less. Now I understand why they’re so highly recommended.
Austin made my experience amazing and I am over the moon with happiness from the results. Three days before my wedding my head gasket blew on my 2013 subaru outback. Not only was Austin able to fit me in at a short notice but he found me an engine replacement at a reasonable price and somehow managed to finish the job a week before I expected it to be done. I highly recommend Mike's to anyone needing repairs and upkeep on their Subaru and I will definately be back. I have full faith in Austin's mechanic skills!
If I could leave 10 stars, I would. A friend recommended Mike's Japanese & Domestic Auto. He said they had do quality work for a fair price and are very honest. I can't thank that friend enough. I would trust absolutely anything recommended or done at Mike's. Austin always is so friendly, really listens to my wants, needs and concerns and, in every instance has exceeded my expectations. Very fair pricing, great customer service, quick turn around times! Austin has been fantastic to work with on my 2004 Subaru Outback 3.0, several times. Not only are these guys knowledge, they're also great at problem solving issues that just happen when a car has over 200k miles- All while being respectful of me as a human, never treating me like a woman who doesn't know up from down. Highly recommend!
Our son got his first car recently, but it needed some work. My husband researched shops and found Mike's. Austin looked the car over and assured us that the car was a decent car, despite its age. The work done to my son's car was honest, at a reasonable price, and done well. No issues. Fast forward a few months, and my MDX needed some work. Again, we experienced honest work at a fair price.
