This is now my 4th visit to Mike’s and I will not go anywhere else! It can be hard finding somewhere you can trust to service your vehicle. This shop has blown my mind with their honesty and integrity. I can trust that I don’t need to call my husband, dad, or random man to confirm that I’m not being swindled. Absolutely best place for car repair! We have been going there for 11 years and will not go anywhere else. They are honest, and extremely fair on their costs. If there isn't something wrong with your vehicle, then they will not try and get you to spend money on things you don't need. It's a father and son owned business. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
I’ve been taking my 2012 Subaru WRX to Mike’s since I bought it about a year and a half ago. It had a few known issues during the PPI I had done on it that I wanted addressed as well as a few unexpected repairs along the way so far. Took vehicle in for a coolant change on my car. Had researched the procedure on the service beforehand and know it takes one to two hours to properly bleed the system and the engine needs to be ran in maintenance mode during this time to manually operate the coolant valves. This is why I took it to a shop instead of doing it myself. Needless to say the service procedure was not followed and my car has been running weird ever since I took it there. Highly recommend! The oil change and the additional work on my AC system was very quick and efficient, and priced fairly. The service was fully explained to me and no extra or unnecessary work was pushed. I believe in supporting small, family owned businesses when I can and I will gladly return in the future for any additional service for my Subaru.
