Schedule an appointment weeks in advance, took off work for my appointment. Technician never showed up, wait around for another 30 min still no showed. Never received a confirmation phone call for the appointment never received a curtsey phone call for being late. When confronted via telephone they had zero remorse. If you cannot be trusted to show up to a scheduled appointment with a customer then how could you ever be trusted to work on my HVAC and how could I trust anything you tell me. What a great business this is. Had a minor problem with the fan on my HVAC system and, in this most busy season, Nicholas came out within just a couple of days of my call. Besides being quite courteous and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and cured the problem in just minutes. I highly recommend Mike's!
