I was very happy with the customer service from Mike's heating and air. Beau was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I like how they call / message you when they are in route. Would recommend them highly.
They offered an after hours service which I accepted. With in an hour they called back with a cancellation and had my unit fixed before 1PM and no after hours charge! The service person Mike was so helpful, answered all my questions and very professional. Thank you!

Beau Schurr was across the street fixing our neighbors central air after a 106⁰ day yesterday, theirs died, as did ours. I walked over to talk with hi.m and he was pleasant and friendly. He wrapped up the neighbors and came over and fixed ours. He replaced parts, ran it, and checked inside vents to make sure it was cooling. Speedy repair effected quickly. Our home is cooling down as I type. Thanks you Mike's, and thank you Beau!
