We called Mike's on Monday to say we did not have heat. They sent a technician out on Tuesday who told us they have to work up an estimate and would get it Wednesday morning. Thursday morning comes, still no heat or estimate from Mike's. We even had to sign a statement that they were leaving us without heat. So we called and explained, recieved NO APOLOGY for the lack of communication and then wait another two hours for them to call and say they have to send another guy out to prepare the estimate.
