RecommendedI love the fact you guys hand spray the vehicals first. it helps prevent dirt from staying on the cloths from other cars and prevents scratches! everyone is nice too!
**UPDATE: After calling customer service and having them agree to re-wash my car I feel like it’s only fair to update my review. Both Jackie with customer service and Derrick, the afternoon manager at the Oakley location could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Sucks and the vacuums aren’t free. $2. You can go down the street and get the basic wash cheaper and free vacuum
They broke the windshield on my daughter in law’s car and will not repair it.
My windshield was severely cracked when I went through the carwash on S. Main St. on 2/16/19 (NO PRIOR CHIP OR DAMAGE) and Mike’s will not take responsibility for my windshield, which needs replaced due to the 10” crack. They claim the damage must have already been there, but yet refuse to provide me with surveillance footage showing it was there prior to entering the car wash.
