I was very impressed by the customer service I received from sales@mikescarb.com. Not only did I receive the right carburetor kit in two days but after taking the carburetor apart and realizing that I needed other parts they too arrived in a couple of days. Then, I ran across a feature that I had never before seen on a carburetor, after contacting them and a couple of pictures later, they had researched my concern and were able to answer my dilemma. I do not recommend this company. Very Very bad customer service, i would say NO customer service. Lack of information, no support from them. You can buy online better carb kits with perfect customer service. I’m not the only one who is unhappy with them,stay away from mikes carb and you will be fine. I’ve contacted consumer protection agency
Quality parts so far but I had to use a razor blade to cut some of the gasket so fuel would flow through the Excelerator pump ports and idle ports. This caused me to take the carburetor apart three times to figure it out finally get it running.
