I went in and paid for an oil change service the Sunday before Christmas. Everything seemed great at the time, fast and friendly. I asked them to check the fluid in my rear differential for cleanliness and if it was full, no leaks prior, garage kept vehicle. The manager on duty checked it himself and said it was full. The very next day I noticed some gear oil on the ground in my garage and something that critical I had to check it myself before continuing to drive the car.
