Not missing a piece of my car. Did NOT get any bugs (I don’t expect all but absolutely none) off the front of my car. Vacuum cleaners are terrible.
I came in from Colorado and my car was obviously a mess. I paid for the platinum 1x service. Guess what, my car was not cleaned! I had so many bugs. So I asked a staff if I could go through again. He was so kind, somehow I missed the pre bug self service area. He showed me where it was and let me run my car through again! I am so grateful. Customer service is incredible. If I lived in lake Charles I would get a membership here. You should too!!
