Professional,punctual and nice people
WORST EXPERIENCE! I’ve dealt with several other tow companies before and have had my car detailed by multiple different people and nothing has ever come up missing out of my car until my car went to this tow yard. Someone robbed me of all my personal belongings inside of my car. When I called to tell them I had been robbed, the older lady and Mike (owner) both yelled at me and asked me why I didn’t get my stuff sooner and then hung up on me. I don’t know but I felt like they price gouged me and overcharged me for towing my car. They charged me $440 plus for a tow and 5 day stay in their garage. I felt like too much money was being come out of my pockets. Then on top of that they said it should’ve been $800! What the heck is that? Not helping. Has anyone else been charged that amount?
Won't even fax me a copy of my bill for the insurance company. Just plain lazy.
