I purchased a Yamaha power assist bike bikes from Mike. After the purchase had an issue with the bike in need of repair. Mike kept the bike for nearly 2 weeks failed to notify me that he did not transport the bike to a shop in Jefferson Park area where the repairs could be done. Upon making an appointment to pick up the bike I arrived Mike ignored me. I would not recommend Mike's bike shop to anyone. His language was abrasive with a rude and unprofessional demeanor. This is the service I got from mike E-bikes. I was told all labor is 100% covered for 12 months. And brand new parts if certain parts break or go bad. 1. Had a bad a battery he gave me one a used one off of demo bike he never ordered me or gave me my new battery. 2. I ask to a routine check up that why you spend the money at a bike store to prevent problems. He told me he didn’t have time. Or when he could fit me in at all. 3.
