Are you kidding! You'd have to go to Chicago to find anything as amazing when it comes to a special type of chili like this! Its similar to a Cincinnati style chili but not sweet. Try it on the pasta, you'll be glad you did. Also, I throw out alll manners. Never ever wear white when you go, you'll see why :-D Make sure you order the fries! Could be the best in Seattle!
