Recently was told my truck is too wide to go through the carwash due to a change in the tire dressing nozzle. I’ve been going to this location for awhile now, was advised to go to dupont…. Pretty annoying.
Didn’t spray the sides of the vehicle for an ultimate car wash. Still had dirt. Shouldn’t have to go through twice for something they should have done the first.
Always did a good job when I went to this Mike's Carwash location. Plus, I like and used the vacuums/vacuum station here a few times. 5 Stars
I’ve been to this car wash several times and have always had a decent experience, but today was far below standard. I arrived when it was extremely busy and pulled into the self-service bay to clean my car myself. I waited about 15 minutes only to find out the machine wasn’t working. After things slowed down, I got in the regular wash line and asked an employee if a manager could assist with a possible discount due to the inconvenience.
