Came in after driving through wet paint. Zoey, Will and another guy worked so hard on the car. Very thankful
Tragedy you got rid of self service bays. This dying service in Fort Wayne is getting harder to find and this was one thing that made you stand out above the rest. Now down to 2 locations with this service to far away to consider. Sad you alienate this clientele just for a few more lanes. Maybe you could consider a truly touchless car wash in this area. You would have that market cornered. Until then will have to settle for a much lower quality place closer.
Everything is excellent like customer service unlike Drive and Shine. Next I wish all Mikes would be like Crew with wash packages and equipment. 2 things I want you guys to improve by your drying job and put the convenient Unlimited Gate.
