Best carwash!
So I've been coming to this Mikes location for several years and I haven't really had any problems until today. Normally the associates ask me if It's okay to put duct tape on my fenders since they're rusty and I tell them that's fine so they put the tape on and I get my truck washed and I'm on my way. Today the older guy who I assume was the manager made me get out of my truck and and had me the customer put the tape on my truck which is very poor customer service. Got turned away from getting my car washed because I was told it was too low. However I’ve gone through it befuwith no issues. On top of this, their bays are not cleaned and I got a bolt in my new back tire that are over $800 for the back set. Do better cleaning your bays and lot.
I have never had a bad experience with any of the Miles Express locations…BUT today going through it stinks to high Heaven for some reason!!
