Better than five stars! Highly recommend. The team that Joe sent were excellent. They were like skilled surgeons replacing damaged tile in the middle of my kitchen floor. They took their time and care in everything they did. It turned out better than the original install. I highly recommend Mike's Flooring and Design Center for all your flooring needs. I'd highly recommend Mike's Flooring. From the beginning of the process working with Jody regarding how to match my current flooring to the wrap up where Kevin, the installation manager, did a fantastic job fixing our cracks, pops, and other noises coming from an engineered wood floor. We originally got an estimate from another carpet center but decided to go to Mike's and we are glad we did. Brian answered all our questions, came to the house to measure and provided an estimate that was much less than the other guy. Installation occurred within a couple weeks and was professionally installed by a great crew. Highly recommended
