I have been to Mike's Camera twice in this past month, and both times Greg helped me. The 1st time I was looking to upgrade an older Canon with an outdated sensor. The 2nd visit was just for an accessory for the upgrade, a data transfer cable I had trouble finding elsewhere. Of course, I was also looking at lens upgrades, and Mike's has lenses for every budget. If there was a way to give them an extra star I would. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are all very nice, Knowledgeable, and low pressure. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They just seem to love photography and share what they know. This will definitely be my camera store.
The guys there were really friendly and helped man husband, after all of his stuff was stolen out of our truck , wish they could have given him a small 10% discount considering how much he lost and had to replace!! Camera equipment is not cheap by no means and were on vacation for my husband's birthday and his trucks window got busted and all of his stuff got stolen clothes and all!!!
