I have to give a shout out to Mike’s Cafe for awesome pho, spring rolls, and Bahn Mi today. It seems to be something I crave when I have a migraine. I think it’s the plentiful veggies and broth. It did not disappoint.

I have eaten at Mike's several times and 9 out of 10 times my order was incorrect. I thought I would give Mike's one more chance today. The staff placed an order and when it arrived, Mike's stayed true to form, my order was incorrect again. When I called to tell them that they sent me the wrong order, the man who is generally at the cash register said, oh sorry, you can bring it back. I told him I was at work and this was our lunch break, he said sorry with no other offer to please the customer. Your customer service sucks b... read more
Just ordered for the first time, and my order was incorrect. No, I am not wasting time to bring it back when you gave me something that I did not order AND charged me more. Then their advice was to take out what I didnt want and eat the rest. LOL
I am upset. We ordered our food and it was delivered. it looked great. I am vegan and nothing was clearly marked. tried to call the restaurant and they had taken the phone off the hook.. So I was unable to eat my food because I couldn't figure out which broth was vegan. taking your phone off the hook is not a good idea. you hire people to just answer your phone.. you lost a customer..
