I've been a long-time customer of Mike's Bikes. Even worked there in the late 80's when there was only one store owned by the great Mick Coyle! My best experience there has been in the last 4 years. They helped me find the perfect bike which I love and ride every chance I get! Twice I've shown up without receipt in hand but a gripe about quality and twice they've cheerfully replaced my faulty items with functioning identical replacements. No questions, no hassles! I LOVE Mike's Bikes!
The guy who helped me today was so nice, and he knew exactly what was wrong with my "buggy".
Wonderful Roadside Maintenance Class from Gino at Mike's Bikes in Sausalito tonight. He taught me how to change a tire "Like a Pro!" Everyone there was so friendly and Pebbles the dog was sweet and adorable, even after an 8 hour shift. Many thanks to the crew, and we look forward to learning more from you.
Mike's has been so good to me. I come in with tiny questions, big fears, new friends, needs to have my bike readjusted, and they always help me out. I love the bike I bought from them last year, a Specialized hybrid. Why did I start going to Mike's in the first place? 'Cause all of my AIDS Lifecycle friends go to Mike's for their bikes. That's a fair bright glowing recommendation, far as I'm concerned.
Picked up my first road bike here with their Mega Sale going on. First impressions, staff is young, hip, and very friendly. No pressure on sales of bike accessories but valuable advice freely given. Definitely a nice store to shop at. I'll be a returning customer.
