Best bike shop in Sacramento period from the sales team (Sam) to the body fit help by Alyssa. Always more than happy to help by phone, text and email I have purchased 4 bikes from them and have always enjoyed the process.
Do not give mikes bikes your business. They treat their employees like shit and the general manager needs to be fired. I would never give them my business.
Great Customer Service. They are truly dedicated to meeting the customers needs and preferences. AJ was very knowledgeable and patient. He was more than willing to answer a hundred questions and let us test drive bikes until we found the perfect fit! This was my first visit to Mike's Bikes, I ended up purchasing 2 Specialized bikes. The bikes are great and I am very happy with my purchase, however 75% of the reason I purchased here was because of the customer service!
Called about ten bike shops from El Dorado Hills to Sacramento looking for a dropper post bleed kit. No one had one nor offered to help order/locate one -- until I got on the phone with Ryan in the Service Department! He had several extras and hooked me up! He also gave me some tips and tricks for the bleed process. Thanks Ryan, I appreciate your tips and customer service!
I've been a Mike's Bikes customer for almost 4 years and the staff have been great in making sure you've been taking care of. When I bought my first road bike from Todd one of the staff members he was very courteous in showing what type of road bike I was looking for. My overall experience in shopping at Mike's Bikes was above and beyond my expectations.
