Really negative experience today. I called at 11 am asking about helping me find a bike. After being told they could help me find what I needed, I walked in, and they basically laughed in my face. Nobody admitted they spoke with me, and the person and older gentlemen helping me looked at me like I had 3 heads. Totally don’t recommend. 😿
My bike shop was backed up due to Covid like all the others and messed up a wheel and tried fixing it and made it worse. So having two bad experiences years back decided to try them again and help local business during the mess. The guy that greeted me was really nice but then this older mechanic came out of the service area with a nasty look on his face and takes my wheel, looks at it and says it's way messed up and needs to be rebuilt $35 and be three weeks.
