We have now had three great experiences at mike’s! Thank you guys! You could have killed us on fixing our trouble codes on our new to us expedition but instead they found that the old owner had left the plugs undone on the sensors. They didn’t have to be honest that it was so simple. Thanks guys you rock!!
Took my daughters car to Mikes to get it smogged and it didn't pass, so mike sent us on our way without charging us. We then took the car back to get it smogged after fixing the issues ourselves and it passed. Then went back a 3rd time to get some tires put on, and his prices were very reasonable and he cut us a deal on the disposal fees for the tires. What a great experience for my daughter with her first car and first mechanic experience. Thanks Mike and your crew!!!!
Always friendly and the prices are on point. I had to sit in the office and wait for my car most the day and he is cheerful and friendly with all his customers!
The man does horrible work. He does not stand behind his work. I had one small problem that he made 10 times worse. Oh and the part about him being Christian that's a joke I came in shop and he was using foul language talking to someone on phone. I make sure I tell everyone about this idiot.
My husband and I have taken both of our autos for work lately and we are very pleased with their service and honesty. Thank you Mike!
