I had taken my truck to another shop where they said it needed a new motor (they had it from the last week of March until thrid week of August). It was covered under warranty and the shop never followed up on their end and kept blaming the warranty company. Enters Auto Works not only did they diagnose and fix the problem in 2 weeks but they got everything submitted and completed with the warranty company before I even picked it up. I’ve had positive experiences with Mike’s in the past, which is why I didn’t hesitate to reach out to them first when I needed help with an overheating issue I’ve been dealing with for over a year. After a quick conversation, they suggested the problem could stem from either the radiator or the water pump. I went ahead and purchased both parts myself. I took my classic car to 2 other places for an alignment before Mike's. They never could get it right. Mike and his crew got it right the 1st time. He definitely has my business from here on!!! Great guy, friendly staff.
