Since I moved to NWA a few years ago I've taken my vehicles to Mike's. Michelle, Mike, and all the mechanics are friendly and courteous. The work they do is top notch. I highly recommend Mike's for your go-to place to take your vehicles for repair.
Mike and crew did everything they say they would at a great price on my 2017 tacoma with 240k miles! They didnt try and talk me into doing a bunch of unneeded things even when I asked if they might need done. Thanks for servicing my truck and will be back the next time we need anything else done on a vehicle!
Mike is always honest and fair. When you make an appointment with them they get you in and out.
I had taken my truck to another shop where they said it needed a new motor (they had it from the last week of March until thrid week of August). It was covered under warranty and the shop never followed up on their end and kept blaming the warranty company. Enters Auto Works not only did they diagnose and fix the problem in 2 weeks but they got everything submitted and completed with the warranty company before I even picked it up.
