Reliable This is a very reliable and honest auto repair place, compared to others I have dealt with in the past. I've had them replace my alternator and distributor cap in the past and their prices were very competitive. They always quote the price of the repair before they do any of the work, so I research the cost and make sure it isn't too high. I now trust them enough so I don't have to research their prices as much. They do excellent work and I have never had problems with any repairs.

The office is pleasant and friendly, so it isn't stressful when you have to wait. The staff is always courteous, professional, and friendly. Often, many auto repair garages have a sleazy or condescending attitude towards women. At Mikes, everyone is treated with respect and they are always honest about the cars.
