Scammed – I took my vehicle to Mike's because my engine light was on. They told me I needed a new catalytic converter. They put in a (supposedly) new converter, charged me $2,000 dollars and sent me on my way. On my way home I noticed the engine light was still on. I took it back to Mike's and they said for me to keep driving it and it would resolve. Over the course of a month I took it back three times and they told me the same thing. It was never resolved.
