Extremely poor experience. Dropped my car off due to a vibration towards the back of the car. Left the vehicle on Monday evening for a booking on Tuesday. Tried calling throughout the day on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the phone only bringing me to a busy signal (no option to leave a message). I booked an oil change 2 weeks in advance for my Jaguar and arrived on time for my 9am appointment. Unfortunately, the oil and filter had not been ordered, so I was told they would have to bring it in after I arrived. I ended up waiting nearly three hours for what should have been a straightforward oil change. I was also quoted approx. 170.00 over the phone and the final bill he charged me 253.00.
