I brought my Grand Cherokee here because the AC was making a hissing noise when in use. Online searches all confirm this to be a leak somewhere in the system. I dropped my car off to them prior to them being open and called the following day to get an update on what they might have found. On the phone I was told that they refilled the the AC system and put in some stop leak (which is not supposed to be used on my vehicles AC system) frustrated I ask why I wasn't contacted prior to performing work as I wanted the problem fixe... read more
It's Monday. Called and asked if they had time for an oil change before Friday. Guy just hung up on me.
My family went to Mike's auto for years, but i will never go back after my last experience there. I took my car in to get my winter tires put on. I showed up four hours later to pick it up. No switch done because Mike told me the winter tires were already on my vehicle. Why wouldn't you call? Turns out when i took my car to them the season before for a tire change, they never did the switch. Even though i dropped my car off, waited four hours and paid for the service.
