Charged me $850 to destroy my vehicle. Went in for engine misfiring and paid $850 for new spark plugs and ignition coils. On way home from garage check engine light came back on and engine overheated. Went back to garage and they found there was no coolant in the vehicle. Complete negligence for them to let me drive away with no coolant after working on the engine. I’ve taken my car to Mike’s Auto Shop several times, and each visit has been a great experience. My questions are always answered clearly, and my car issues are properly fixed. I never feel scammed or taken advantage of, which is huge. I also love the “mom and pop” feel of the shop. 10/10 — highly recommend this honest, local mechanic at Mike’s Auto Shop.
190 is crazy for an oil change regardless of oil type or brand, my 2007 bmw 328 take 6.5 quarts of 5w40, zero reason to charge 190
OUTSTANDING customer service, and incredibly efficient mechanics! My car started making a weird sound and because I recently moved into the neighborhood, I called Mikes Auto Service to ask if they could take me in.. assuming the answer would be no because I wasn’t an existing client, it was a very last minute call, and it was 2pm on a Friday!
