Mike and Helen treated me with honesty, care and respect. I don't know about the review from 2016, but I can tell you that I brought my car in after another shop could not fix it, no matter how many times they tried. Mike did not stop until he found my problem. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair and honest person. Even though he spent hours on my car, he was on a mission to fix it, and he was more than fair on the price, but most importantly, he fixed what no one else could! And Helen is awesome, thank you!
Been here for years. Mikes great, always busy, because he's honest and fair... only seen one bad review here and they didnt know what they were talking about...ive recommended MANY people to mikes. Made them all Happy!
Make sure you tell him to check all fluids dont assume when u get an oil change he will check fluids as they claim to say they do!! . I told him i was going on road trip his guys overlooked my check engine light and dirty transmission fluid!!! Got a tow later that day and had to buy a new transmiasion. 4 hours away from home. Then he got nasty and rude with me. Instead of apoligizing.
