Went into Mike’s auto glass last February 2021 to have a rock chip filled in my windshield. The owner Mike looked at the location of the rock chip which was in the lower center of the windshield about 5 inches from the bottom. He said I wouldn’t worry about having it filled because of the location that it wouldn’t crack. Mike said, "If it cracks I’ll replace your windshield for “free”. very disappointing, never returned calls changed the install schedule three times then tried to tell me all his phone calls were recorded. I asked him to check it out, then he said he didn't need my business.
