Reserved a 15' truck more than two months in advance, didn't even get a call to tell me that they switched me to a 20' truck literally the night before my move. The text message from the owner didn't mention the change either. All my furniture is going to get banged around with all the extra room, and they're obviously not going to compensate me for the extra gas money either. Very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.
