Had a LG washer with a bad pump and called the company. Within a week Paul was at the house, called before he came, was spot on time, and did a great service repair. While here, I recalled my wife telling me that the "knob" wasn't working and I mentioned it to Paul as an afterthought. He immediately got on the phone, ordered the replacement control board and within a week Jason was out, called before he got here and was spot on time. Two for Two! I have used Mike's Appliance Service on numerous occasions and referred them out even more. They are prompt, friendly, honest, and do a great job.

Unprofessional beyond belief. Tried to fix my dryer on 3 occasions over 3 weeks. Last time my dryer was smelling like propane after they left. My wife called and they could not come back for a week. I ran home to shut off the main gas valve and open windows. They are clueless on customer care.
