Took my daughters vehicle in for an alignment, had my daughter drop it off and pick it up. After 2 days of driving it she finally told me it hasn't changed at all, i asked her for the alignment sheet and she said they didn't give her one, this is standard anywhere you get an alignment. I called Mike's for the alignment sheet but they couldn't give me one because they didn't do the alignment and asked me to bring the car back in. This shop needs better communication and attention to detail; they changed their pricing after negotiations, and scratched up my rims with tool marks. I was looking for a shop to get some 305 width tires installed on my Audi R8. I spoke to Larry on the phone, who told me that the installation would be $100 for two rear tires instead of the usual $80 due to larger tires requiring more time to install.
