Good service. Good communication. Unit mold completely cleaned out and working properly to ensure air quality safety.
Worst customer service skills ever. I called to ask a two questions and he kept interrupting me. He must of been reading from a script. I would never recommend a business that speaks to their potential customers this way. All I needed to know if they have drop off services and fix window AC. Guy had me on the phone for over 5 min to not let me ask 2 questions. Then he ends up hanging up on me. If ai could give him zero stars I would.
