Howard is an absolute gem and really knows his stuff! I called him in for one job and ended up needing him to come back when he spotted mold in one of my other AC units. When he realized it had spread to my blinds, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we cleared out black mold from EVERYWHERE. Serge replied to my service call quote. He spent no less than 20min on the phone with me to make sure he'd be as accurate as possible, answering all my questions. He was very transparent with various costs, helping me understand & weigh pros and cons (pay for a diagnostic or replace). I feel like with technicians, you never really know whether they're being honest with diagnostics or trying to make as much as they can out of you. It truly felt the exact opposite with Serge.
