Ordered Seafood Platter. Food was average. Nothing specatcular. Gumbo came out cold and server immediately took it back to get heated. Server was as attentive as she could be considering they don't have assigned sections! She was all over the restaurant and it did affect the attentiveness. She didn't tell us her name or give the days specials. We heard about the specials from the other waitress helping the table next to us....too little too late since we already ordered. Just had the worst meal here. Ordered fish and it was nothing but a plate full of fried breading. Chef salad was not as the menu described. Really Bad meal for $36
For a party of 9, a nearly 2 hour wait is uncalled for particularly when people that arrived an hour after us were seated well before us. The service was fair; waiter forgot the mixed drink I ordered and once I got it after reminding him, it was watered down due to ice melt; he seemed a little put out when I asked for a replacement. Food was average to above average but not what I expected based on the reputation. On our return trips to Gulf Shores, we will be skipping this place. Jr. DeLay Charleston MO
We spent a week in gulf shores and had good food at several places, but this was hands down the best. Great service, great people, solid kids menu choices to keep the little ones happy. The seafood dip appetizer was delicious!
I have been sitting at this table for an hour and still waiting on food. By for the worse place we have been to why on vacation. I will never be back.
We was there Monday night with friends from out of town. I found a bug in my food and then a roach runs across the table.
Thank you for a great birthday dinner with my family!! We came in March and back again in July and your food and waiter Richard was what we looked forward to the most!!! Thanks again!!!
