Each time we order the grilled shrimp they are either very tasty or have no flavor and are greasy.

Checked in around 7:05 and was told it would be 40 minute wait. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally were called but wait! our table was getting cleaned so we had to stand and wait another 5 minutes and right in the way of passing staff with trays of food! Love Mikee’s! Our family has been eating at Mikee’s for 30 years. Some of the best times we’ve had and the best food we’ve eaten happened here.
Great atmosphere, quick service, good prices. I wouldn’t recommend gator bites though, they were a little tough.
Our family of 10 ate there on Tuesday night. I want to start out saying the wait staff was amazing! But thumbs down on the food. The catfish was the worst ever. It consisted of the trash part of the fish. The fried shrimp was cooked in burnt oil and the grilled shrimp was burnt. They ordered more (all you can eat) hoping the seconds would be better. But it was worse. My family spent over $300 to eat and would have rather gone to fast food.
Ate here the first night of our vacation and it was so good we ate here again our last night! The blackened redfish over rice with shrimp & crab cream sauce is awesome! Mikee’s is a must for all our future trips to Gulf Shores!
