My mom ordered her fried oysters lightly fried and they came out hard as a rock. The seafood platter came with pre frozen white fish, and tiny popcorn shrimp. The royal Red appetizer tasted old and like it just came out the freezer 5 minutes before. Not good seafood to be 1 minute from the gulf.
