Terrible front desk service. Every time I call the receptionist puts me on hold for no less than 8 minutes!!!!
My comment is directed to Dr Zuniga's staff, he is a professional doctor, I have no complaints about him, he is my primary doctor, my complaint is to his staff. On Nov 5th 2024, I made my appointment which they gave it to me for January 7th 2025, filled out all the required forms online, sent a copy of my insurance card, they confirmed my appointment the day before over the phone, everything I was told, I did it.
