They are very friendly here. I have had soooo many issues with my chrysler pacifica. After a horrible experience at Brantford chrysler (they are terrible), I switched to Mike yarek dodge. I continue tk have many issues with my van but Mike yarek dodge has helped me and really tried to make the best of a horrible situation. They try to do whatever they can to fix my problems. The van is still trash, but Mike yarek dodge is great. Service department and sale department. Both are very friendly and helpful.

I leased a vehicle from Mike Yarek, with a factory lift kit and oversized tires (non-factory) which I overpaid for. At end of lease, I returned the vehicle with the exact equipment, however, my security deposit was withheld (I had to pay for replacement tires) as I didn't return the original equipment - the factory tires as per the "door sticker" - which was some sort of oversight or administration error at Mike Yarek. We went into the Parts Department looking to get a replacement key fob for our Dodge Caravan and the guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a selection of key fob casings and found the appropriate one for us and replaced it at no charge. Thanks for doing this for us. Much appreciated!

Oh boy. Shurie and the team at Mike's are outstanding!! After dealing with a crappy experience at a dodge dealership and a Ford one I turned to Mike's. They got my truck feeling brand new again. Nothing but respect, communication, and no sarcastic remarks or chasing down for phone calls. They are all top notch. Shurie and Andrew are the best thanks again guys!!
