Had my first visit for some service work. Found everyone very friendly and helpful. Vehicle there over night and I was kept informed of the progress.i was called when finished. No one tried to up sell or do any unnecessary work. I will continue my service work there.

I recently took my vehicle to Mike Yarek Dodge for a service diagnosis. Unfortunately, my vehicle wasn't cooperating, so the team was unable to diagnose the issue during my visit. Despite that, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Parts guy is rude and arrogant, service guy sounds like he can’t wait to hang up the phone so he can go back scrolling TikTok . Every time I’ve called it’s like it was a hassle for them to help (even though I had all information ready)
