***UPDATE: Another 2 weeks has passed since this review, and not one attempt was made to contact me to install this part they have on-site for me !! I was however told in email reply from the service manager; “you are more than welcome to go elsewhere”. Excellent customer retention skills. I completed a purchase of a Jeep today. This is the 3rd purchase at Yarek's over some years. Rabi (sales) and Mercedes (finance) gave an exceptional customer service experience. Many tips for use and many helps with setups of phone/ android/ etc before leaving. No here's your Jeep - good luck. I had a minor problem understanding something and Rabi drove up to my house to show me. That is the customer service you get.

Extremely frustrated and depressed by the 1.5 year old Demo Lemon I bought here 2 months ago. I’ve put 2,000 km on it and the infotainment system has frozen up on me at least 50 times. It had 30k km on it when I bought it, so you can’t tell me it wasn’t happening before that 100’s of times and just sold to me knowing it had an issue. It buzzes really loud for 60 seconds and freezes up and then resets itself, and takes between 3-5 minutes before I can drive it after starting it several times a week, sometimes 3-4 times a day.... read more
