Have been to many meetings, seen the work of many meeting organizers. This was the most disorganized, poorly prepared, and unresponsive group I have seen the work of and experienced first hand. Maybe fine for groups <50? Cannot handle groups >100. Contracts with AV team that had so many errors that attendees were horribly frustrated. It may seem harsh, but clearly were an amateur team. Many better (probably more expensive?) organizers. Conference should receive a refund for lack of meeting contractual obligations.
