This place took advantage of my mother-in-law when she bought her car here 3 years ago. They sold her 6500 dollars in back end products she didn’t know she had and low balled her trade. Right after buying it she had to put new breaks on it and the back hatch didnt work right from the get go. They barried her so deep in this car and she can’t even refinance it. On top of all that it was a certified car. This place should be ashamed of themselves taken advantage of a single women that just lost her husband.
Joe in sales is great. Knowledgeable, no pressure, doesn't try to sell you the highest dollar rig on the lot - but rather what fits your needs and budget. We haven't upgraded yet, but when we do, we'll be back to see these guys with such a great experience with Joe.
Sometime a dealer just fits the stereotypes that are associated with service and repairs at a dealership. I am a fan of going back to the dealer for things that are beyond regular service. The problem is with some dealers they just gouge you anyway they can. Took my vehicle in for what they said was a software problem so had a service light coming on on dash, also was told I had a hose that needed attention please take a look and give an estimate. Tyler Tolley is the man! I came to get our car diagnosed with a very tight time frame. Not only did they find the original issue, they also found a coolant leak that would have ruined our trip. At that point I thought the trip was not going to happen due to the extra work. To my surprise Tyler and his team got all the issues fixed and had us on the road. Cameron sold us our new truck recently and helped us through the process. It was honestly the best car buying experience we’ve had. Cameron was patient, friendly, and really easy to work with. Even after purchasing our truck, he’s put in extra time for us by looking into different parts and upgrades. Tim in their finance department was also extremely easy to work with and they both helped make the whole process smooth and easy.
