I had an up and down experience and first with buying a used F150 from the team at Mike White Ford. I found a truck I loved and had some issues almost immediately. My initial interaction with this dealership was impeccable. Curly was my salesman, and he did an incredible job making my fiancé and I comfortable through the buying process. Then Tyler was our finance manager. He was also incredible. Very efficient and polite. I was so happy with my purchase of a Gold Certified 2021 F150. That was until the following day.
