Mike Wells is the consummate real estate agent. I contacted him on a spur-of-the-moment decision to sell my condo. It was listed and in escrow in less than a week. Unfortunate circumstances caused the condo to fall out of escrow. I appreciated his candor and firm advice regarding disclosure obligations. He has integrity and a calm demeanor.
