My experience with Mike Watson and his associate Jere was extremely disappointing. As a buyer from New York, I clearly felt I was treated differently from the start. Once I told them I was on Social Security disability, the communication completely stopped. They never followed up with me, never explained my approval, and left me completely in the dark. Their lack of professionalism and basic respect was unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, and I walked away feeling ignored and dismissed.”
