Mike Watson is honestly the best Lender that I have ever worked with. He is a great communicator, which is something that is very important to me and always available and picks up the phone or responds immediately if he is busy or in the middle of something. He is very honest and has a high level of integrity and the whole process from beginning to end is flawless.
