There was a lightning strike immediately outside our house last night. The house had power but multiple breakers were not working. It was a very nice experience to work with Mike we didn’t know if our problem could be dangerous if it wasn’t fixed right away so we had to text Mike on a Sunday night (First time customer) I really was not expecting an answer right away, but he did text me back really quick gave us some advise about what to do in that moment to be safe and offer to stop by next day to check it personally and give us a free estimate. Mike did an excellent job on our condo kitchen project. We took down two walls and re-arranged appliances – a big electrical job. Mike Ward was great! Posted at 8pm on a town facebook page that I was in need of an electrician and he answered me and was at my house the next day at 830 am! Great service, great communication, very professional. Definitely would recommend when you need an electrician.
