I hated to leave a bad review, but I have to be honest. I brought my Stelvio in for a simple oil change at Mike Ward Alfa Romeo/Infiniti, and things went downhill quickly. The shop lost the crush washer and simply reinstalled the drain plug — completely ignoring the visible oil leak that you can clearly see in the photo below. Thankfully, I caught the issue right away and requested they redo it. I was told a new drain plug would take 12 days to arrive. It’s now been over 23 days, and I’m still waiting. I went in for service. The serpentine belt, spark plugs, transmission service and I needed to have a front carbon fiber dynamic aerodynamic front spoiler replaced and Billy was excellent at helping me out. I had to have a third party pay for my work because it was part of a service promised by an out of state Alfa Romeo. Billy tracked it down and worked meticulously with the other Alfa Romeo service personnel to get my work covered by them and completed on time.
