Brought the Alfa in for a recall and warranty repair. No issues. Good service and good work. Billie was very helpful. If I need to nit pick, maybe a little more work on your parts counter which may as well have been a plain white box with a chair. Remember who you are, Alfa Romeo was around before Ferrari. Own it. (Yeah I know you are also an Infiniti dealer but they aren't as historic to the automobile) Put up a few posters, some decals, sell shirts. Heck the McLaren shop next door has shirts and gifts. I hated to leave a bad review, but I have to be honest. I brought my Stelvio in for a simple oil change at Mike Ward Alfa Romeo/Infiniti, and things went downhill quickly. The shop lost the crush washer and simply reinstalled the drain plug — completely ignoring the visible oil leak that you can clearly see in the photo below. Thankfully, I caught the issue right away and requested they redo it. I was told a new drain plug would take 12 days to arrive. It’s now been over 23 days, and I’m still waiting.
