I purchased my Alfa Romeo from Mike Ward, and the experience started off well — the car came with a complimentary oil change. However, when I brought it in for that service, the vehicle was taken next door to the Infiniti dealership for the work. When I got the car back, I found leftover fries under the seat, a scratch on the rear light, and what looked like oil residue around the engine area. A top notch dealership that is clean and inviting. The staff are helpful and the management is incredible. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a high end quality vehicle

Brought the Alfa in for a recall and warranty repair. No issues. Good service and good work. Billie was very helpful. If I need to nit pick, maybe a little more work on your parts counter which may as well have been a plain white box with a chair. Remember who you are, Alfa Romeo was around before Ferrari. Own it. (Yeah I know you are also an Infiniti dealer but they aren't as historic to the automobile) Put up a few posters, some decals, sell shirts. Heck the McLaren shop next door has shirts and gifts.
