Juan and Justin from the Service Dept were AWESOME! They helped install leveling bars to my trailer a few months ago. They had to change the positioning of the propane tank in order to allow for the bars to sit balanced. It took more time but they MADE SURE it was done correctly. They were professional and personal. I can't say enough kind things about them. I will definitely come back and recommend others for servicing needs!
Casper was awesome. Winterized the unit while I waited. Super fast.
Took our rv in for some warranty work. Two hour drive each way. Nathan and crew were ready and waiting when I arrive they had me in and out headed home in just 3 hours. Thanks guys.
Recently purchased a new Adventurer truck camper from Uncharted Rec. Tarek , our salesman, was helpful and easy to deal with.
