I recently moved from their establishment Dec 2023. Long story short . I couldn't get them to fix the any problems I had with the repairs. Never can seem to contact them as well as the person whose the contact for you is not available just someone at front desk telling to call back. This company is absolutely not trustworthy and they are fraud. They are lying to the owner and tenants. I rent my house for 6 years and we lost so much money. During rental they would call me and making excuses that tenant did not pay the rent. Once one tenant destroyed my house and they say that they can’t do anything about it. I RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We are relocating to Augusta and I can’t say enough good things about Sheila and this company. After looking at 10 other homes and having no call backs or face to face showings we had almost given up. A property showed up on my search managed by Lucky Star, so we called late that night. I received a call from Sheila first thing the next morning and she met us at the house within 30 minutes. That’s was at 10 AM, by 2PM we had a signed lease and somewhere to call home.
