Working with Mike Tiburtini was great. I got connected with him through a public posting on an apartment that I liked. He is very responsive, helpful and answered all my questions big and small. I began working with Amanda but she was out of town and still wanted to be sure that I saw the places she recommended so she referred me to Mike who was equally as responsive and helpful. When I wasn't sure about different spots, he continued to find places that fit my needs and followed up with me throughout my search. Mike was extremely helpful and patient. After having a difficult time with previous agents, I can say that Mike and Spaces are not like the rest. They truly make the search process and application process simple and easy, and guide you through everything at your own pace. Would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new place!

My family recently learned that we had to move, and it came as a surprise to us. Mike was calm, listened attentively, responded fast to questions, had appointments for us quickly, followed up consistently, and never, ever pressured us. He was infinitely patient and worked incredibly hard for us. This guy is an asset to Spaces!!

Very nice to work with! With other realtors, I felt like they were trying to push me to sign a lease so that they could make money too. I did not feel this with Mike. He was very nice and not pushy about seeing places I did not like. He was quick to respond to my emails, great with matches that I may be interested in and flexible with viewing schedules. If I move again- I definitely will be reaching out to him first for help and would recommend him & SPACES to anyone looking to move.

To this day I’ve never met anyone who enjoys moving. I am no exception. I despise moving. I worked with Mike Tiburtini this past weekend in Chicago. We discussed with him what we wanted, must haves, etc... We really only had one day to look at listings and find a place. The places Mike showed us were great, and we found exactly what we were looking for. To be honest, what we found exceeded our expectations.
