I had a poor experience with Mike The Poolman. They are not set up for automatic credit card payments. We were late mailing our check for last month due to international travel, but we mailed the check immediately upon return (and Mike was informed about our trip ahead of time). As soon as our check was cleared, I got an email from Mike saying he was canceling our service without giving any reason for the cancellation. Thanks Mike and Kevin for getting me back up and running so quickly after my pump took a dirt nap!!
Mike services our rental pool and does a great job! Because we can't see the pool regularly, it's nice to know that he'll let us know if any issues arise! We highly recommend him!
