I had a poor experience with Mike The Poolman. They are not set up for automatic credit card payments. We were late mailing our check for last month due to international travel, but we mailed the check immediately upon return (and Mike was informed about our trip ahead of time). As soon as our check was cleared, I got an email from Mike saying he was canceling our service without giving any reason for the cancellation.
