Cory and RJ were fantastic. Moved my mom's solid oak bedroom suite (weighs a tonne) quickly and professionally moving it through very tight spaces. They were friendly and courteous. Will definitely call on Mike the Mover again!
From start to finish, our move was a seamless experience. The entire process—from booking and confirmation to moving day—was smooth and stress-free. Our moving crew was fantastic: they arrived on time, were organized, helpful, and incredibly friendly. I recently moved to Fergus and my situation is unique. Things went sideways with my move, but. the amazing crew were super supportive, helpful, compassionate and made a bad situation bearable with their professional work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients. They showed up an hour early, blocked my car in the driveway. I told them to come back at the right time; he yelled at me and left. And didn't return. This was a very time sensitive move. My tenant had booked them from 1-3. Not noon. She wasn't even on site at Noon. The driver didn't even get out of the truck, to have a conversation with me. So, I could explain the situation. It's hard to talk over an idling diesel engine. Extremely poor service, the lack of professionalism was appalling.
This was the first time I hired movers and I wish I had done so prior! They were prompt, friendly and had my place emptied and loaded in an hour. I highly recommend Mike the Mover and will definitely hire them again if I ever need assistance!
