This is a reveiw I didn't want to write. I reached out to the company 3 times with no response. They left me no choice. This review is for their Roswell location on the corner of Holcomb Bridge and Alpharetta Hwy: I'll admit it, I screwed up. I trusted this company without doing my due diligence on the repair ( Spark Plug replacement). After the fact, I started thinking that the charge seemed really out of whack. Guy, the manager, has been great with me I have had only a good experience with him and has always taken great care of me. For performing a service, he has stayed well over an hour of his working hours to help me while being professional and honest. When I changed the fluid and filter on my cars transmission, I was unable to torque the pan to the right specs and it was leaking tranny fluid.
