Mike and his team were amazing! There was a missing part from my new bed frame but came back on a holiday to make sure the assembly of the bed was complete for me. I’m so grateful for the amazing customer service and I’m so happy with my new bed. Highly recommend!
Have to say the entire experience was positive. 2 nights in the new bed and 2 great sleeps. The staff at the store, along with the delivery folks were all professional. Amazing family owned business. There are lots of beds to try that are well organized and of good quality and for an amazing price. I needed a bed quickly for my new apartment and Mike and his wife helped me find the perfect bed!
Purchased online after a quick visit to the shop for a last minute visit from my senior parents. They spent a week and slept very well and pain free. Delivery was quick, Mike and his coworker were friendly and efficient and I love that they ask for a good donation to support local charities. Will get all my mattresses here from now on
