Great Shop !!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just recently moved to the Cleveland area and I wear a lot of hats. The variety of styles, colors and quality has made this place my new favorite haberdashery.
the salesman was very helpful felt like a kid in a candy store in that place, I had to get out of there couldn't buy just one, and there cleaning and shaping three of my hats thank you

I had an excellent experience there simply because they took there time with me and got me together cleaning and blocking my hats along with the purchase of a new one also.
Even when the place is closed I still like it. If your “hat curious” take a walk in. You will start to wonder who stopped us from wearing hats. The answer will surprise you. They will tell you. I had my mind set on a Stetson. I walked in and left with a Classic Dobbs and a paperboy hat in the perfect size and color. 4 years later I am still wearing it and loving it.
