I absolutely LOVE training here, the environment, people, energy and support is amazing. Whether you train seriously or just for a bit of fun everyone is friendly and approachable. Michael Lambert is very educated and highly knowledgeable in the body! He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
