Bought a house from Mike and he disclosed the ac was working. It does not work. Now looking at having to take action to recover my losses. I would not buy another property from Mike, as I do not believe he was fully honest on the disclosure. He did renovations on the home prior to selling it, and I find it highly unlikely that the ac went unused during those renovations, and also highly unlikely that it was cooling in its present condition.
